Incoming Call Completion Issue
In the last few months, some Oxford Networks customers have been experiencing an incoming call completion issue. These issues include: disconnected calls, fast busy messages, two rings and dead air, and garbled call sounds. Oxford Networks is aware of these issues and actively involved in working to resolve them. Unfortunately, this issue is a national problem involving many carriers and larger in scope than just the network that we control.
